You can post your feedback request as a post in this forum for more immediate feedback from both ourselves and other members. All you need to do is start a new post with details about what you’d like feedback on. You can request feedback on ANYTHING to do with your hospitality property, that hotel, resort, inn, bed & breakfast, vacation rental etc.

To help you get the best feedback possible:

  1. Be as specific as possible – what exactly are you wanting to find out?
  2. Feel free to provide screenshots if you want feedback on protected content.
  3. Don’t take offence – any feedback given is with your best interests at heart.
  4. Don’t feel obliged to implement the feedback if it doesn’t feel right to you.

All we ask is that you keep things positive and supportive – constructive criticism is fine, but outright negativity or rudeness isn’t.

We won’t share your question, but we may share our answer if we think it’s helpful to other members. Please let us know if you’d rather we didn’t do this.
